Your office is kind of different, why?

We are committed to reuniting you, the patient, with your health care team (your doctor and her assistant).  We believe that optimal health begins with optimal care in your medical home. 

Continuity (Do I have to retell my story?)

You will see your doctor, Dr. Laura, and/or her assistant, Heidi at each and every visit.  This continuity is essential to providing you with the best care we can.  We work hard to get to know you and want to help you meet your health goals.

Efficiency (Do I have to wait?)

We value your time and hope that you will value ours as well.  We try hard to keep your waiting time to a minimum which means you will not spend half your day in our waiting room (good thing too because its pretty small!)

Confidence and Information (Are all my questions answered?)

Your confidence in your ability to live a healthy life is important to us.  Heidi and Dr. Laura will work with you to build your confidence whether that is in maintaining a healthy life, getting back to a healthy life, or managing your chronic medical problems.

Helpful, reliable information is an important ingredient in helping you achieve optimal health.  We will provide you with health information in the form of handouts, web resources, and other readings that we believe will be beneficial to you.

We want you to see us when you need us.  This means that if you want a same day appointment, we will do our best to give you one.  If we can’t see you the day you call, we can usually see you the next day.

Dr. Laura is available for your urgent health-related matters on a 24/7 basis.  To reach her after-hours regarding an urgent health-related need, call the main office number, 303-805-5528 and push 5 to page her directly.
